Customer Care  –  Return Policies

All in-house loose FireDiamonds inventory is subject to a ten (10) days return policy starting from the date you receive your shipment.

Upon Firediamonds.com's professional inspection and determination we expressly exclude in our return policies wear and tear, and/or physical/accidental abuse.

All our loose FireDiamonds are accompanied by a Certificate, a Light Analysis Report, a FireDiamond appraisal & a Hearts & Arrows Kit, failure to return the Certificate, the Light Analysis Report, the FireDiamond appraisal and the Hearts & Arrows Kit will be subject to charges up to $250.00.

All FireDiamonds Jewelry excluding Diamond Stud Earrings are considered special orders and are subject to a restocking fees up to 50%.

Sold  loose FireDiamonds that involved in re-cutting diamonds or rough due to a special request are considered special order and
Do not meet our return policies, they are considered as a final sale.

Shipping & PayPal fees are not refundable and will be deducted from a return refund

All returns will require a firediamonds.com return authorization number which will require you to Contact Us to receive it
